The Technical Services Team is able to offer a portfolio of services to assist customers with the design, build, implementation and on-going support of the complete IT infrastructure. The team continues to develop expertise in a broad range of software and hardware architectures to meet our customers' needs.

Repton's technical support services give you direct access to the application server software experts. Our support engineers are trained and accredited in a number of disciplines including Microsoft, AIX, HPUX, Citrix, Cisco, Compaq Tru64 and OpenVMS, Linux and Oracle. We are constantly refining their skill sets and expanding our expertise into other technical areas through extensive training and certification programs. Where on-site assistance or support is required, Repton is able to offer the services of engineers, consultants and support staff, either on a per-day rate or project basis.

Most manufacturers/suppliers will generally only provide support for their own products/solutions, which in turn leads to multiple support contracts with no single point of contact, or responsibility.

    From pre-delivery and on-site build and configuration to equipment racking of new installations and consolidation projects. Repton's team of technical specialists, skilled and accredited in multiple disciplines, are available to provide support for the complete infrastructure from a single point of contact.
